2003 - 2005: Expatriate Relocation Representative (HR Project Manager)

Coordination of the opening of the Casablanca site:

  • Home of fifty Montpellier employees in Casablanca, centralization of the transport and accommodation.
  • Weekly events management.
  • Recruitment of a hundred people: agents and managers of Moroccan teams (customer service, technical support and switchboard).
  • Training of 300 people: telephone reception and the French speaking cultural specificities (France, Belgium and Switzerland).
  • Referencing local suppliers and adapting European procedures to Moroccan legislation.
  • Integration of foreign employees (mainly from Spain and Italy) on the Montpellier site (around fifty).

1998 - 2003: Call Management Group - Switchboard Manager

  • Creation of Call Management Group (CMG) division. Southern Europe incoming calls to route for Sales, Customer Services and Business Operations.
  • Drove and led a multicultural team up to 39 people: hiring, training, coaching and career development management.
